Happy Music In Our Schools Month®! This year's theme is “I See Me in Music Education.”.

STATE 
Delaware Proclaims March “Music In Our Schools Month” 
● The month of March is Music In Our Schools Month® (MIOSM®) and Governor John Carney and Lt. Governor Bethany Hall are showing their support. 
● How do you celebrate MIOSM®? We want to know! Share your stories, lesson ideas, and celebrations by emailing: [email protected]

March for the Arts 2024 
● “March for the Arts 2024” 
      ○ Featured artists from all visual and performing arts areas 
      ○ Gallery showcase 
      ○ March 14, 2024 - 11am - 3pm
      ○ Tatnall Building Room 112
      ○ Legislative Hall in Dover, DE 

NAfME Hill Day 
● NAfME National Assembly in DC on June 12
● DMEA advocates will travel to the Capitol for Hill Day on June 12, 2024, to request support from our legislators for Music Education.
