The State Arts Conference will be held on Friday, October 11, 2019 at Middletown High School. More information regarding clinicians, schedule, etc. will be available on this website for music and http://daea.weebly.com/ for visual art.   • Registering ON or BEFORE Friday, October 4th 

    • $40 - Members: NAfME/DMEA, NAEA/DAEA, DDEO, DTETA

    • $55 - Non-Members

  • Registering AFTER Friday, October 4th 

    • $55 - Everyone

  • Walk-Up registration on October 11th

    • $55 - Everyone

Are you paying for yourself??

Follow the steps below.

  1. Select your registration type below and click “REGISTER NOW”

  2. After completing the form click “REGISTER NOW”

  3. Click on your shopping cart at the top right hand side of the website and then click “CHECK OUT”

  4. Enter your information and then click “PAY WITH PAYPAL.” You will be directed to Paypal’s site to complete your transaction.

  5. Go to PDMS and register for clock hours. If you do not register for hours before the conference, you cannot earn hours. All participants will need to sign-out after the final session to receive the full day’s clock hours. If you have to leave before the final session, please sign-out at the registration area. We understand conflicts or situations may occur and want to give you your earned clock hours. Additionally in the case of an emergency we are required to know who is present at the conference. Participants who do not sign-out at the end of the day will only receive clock hours for half of the day.

  2. After completing the form click “REGISTER NOW”

  3. Click on your shopping cart at the top right hand side of the website and then click “CHECK OUT” (cost will be $0).

  4. Enter your information and then click purchase (cost will be $0). Even though the cost on the website says $0, your district is responsible for paying the appropriate amount whether you are a member ($40) or non-member ($55).

  5. Inform your district that payment MUST be received before the conference. If your payment is not received before the conference, you will be expected to pay the fee at registration. Individuals whose districts have not paid by October 11 will be required to pay a $55 registration fee at the door and pursue reimbursement from their school or district. NO DISTRICT PURCHASE ORDERS are accepted for the State Arts Conference. If your district requires an INVOICE, please email one list that includes ALL teacher names, school names, and each teacher’s content area to Donna Fesmire (executivedirector@delawaremea.org). Donna will then generate an invoice.

  • Districts should mail payment made payable to DMEA and a list of the names of all teachers registered under one school or district to the address below by October 4th, 2019.

Are you a District Supervisor registering all of the teachers in your District??

Follow the steps below.

  1. Make sure that each teacher completes the online registration form below by selecting “DISTRICT/SCHOOL CHECK” and clicking “REGISTER NOW.”

  2. After completing the form they should click “REGISTER NOW”

  3. They need to click on your shopping cart at the top right hand side of the website and then click “CHECK OUT” (cost will be $0).
